Progressive Mechanical Services, Inc. is a family-owned commercial, industrial and refrigeration contractor based in Elmhurst, Illinois. Since 2017 we have kept country clubs, fitness centers, manufacturers and managed properties across greater Chicagoland running — with the same people who answer the phone showing up on site.

Progressive Mechanical was founded in 2017 by Edgar Villagomez and Jose Esparza with a simple standard: do the work right, document it, and be there when the customer calls.
That standard built our base of private clubs, fitness facilities, manufacturers and commercial properties — customers who run on tight schedules and cannot afford equipment that goes down on a busy day.
We are big enough to take on 100-ton crane lifts and full refrigeration systems, and small enough that ownership still knows every account by name.
